The Look to Watch For

L’Oreal Paris. The look to watch for is Bewitched—pale, glossy lips, almost indiscernible blush, and animated eyes. Call me biased, but Filipinas have the most beautiful eyes. Yet we seem to be afraid to put on eye color, possibly because nobody taught us how.
Do have an eye for drama. Smoky eyes used to mean blacks and grays; now it’s infused with color. L’Oreal chief makeup artist Jigs Mayuga gives us easy-to-do steps. First, line eyes with Contour Kohl eyeliner in black then smudge a bit of gray from the Color Appeal duo in white and gray. Then apply base eye shadow such as Color Appeal mono in gold all over your eyelids. Finish with Volume Shocking mascara.

Lancome. Like shoes, women can never have enough lipsticks. It’s a must-have accessory that can instantly change your look. Imagine running late for a cocktail party where you’ll be introduced to his mother’s amigas. You’re coming straight from the office and don’t have time to do full evening makeup. What to do? Powder your nose, sweep an intense lip color on your lips, and beam a one million megawatt smile. It pays to check your teeth for lipstick stains.Lancome’s fall/winter look emphasizes a strong mouth. This doesn’t necessarily mean red; rather, it’s vibrant colors that make lips stand out. Color Fever has 22 shades to choose from, all equipped with a patented liquid prism technology that reflects light like a crystal prism.
